2022 Product Show & Expo – Vendor Registration

 

Registration is now open!

The show is scheduled for May 2-3, 2022 and will be hosted at the Augusta Civic Center.

Please note: Booth fee must be paid in advance. Pre-payment will be confirmed prior to booth setup. Registration and booth fee must be received by April 24, 2022.  The booth fee is $1700.

Hotel Accommodations in Augusta, ME. 

To receive the discounted rate, please contact the hotel directly and mention you are attending the Hammond Lumber Company Product Show & Expo.

  • Best Western – $93 per night for 2 Dbl or 1 King.
    Deadline to reserve a room is April 16.
  • Fairfield Inn & Suites – $139 per night for 2 Dbl or 1 King.
    Deadline to reserve a room is April 18.
  • Homewood Suites by Hilton – $169 per night for King Studio Suite.
    Deadline to reserve a room is April 8. Reservation code is: HLC

 

Vendor Registration Form

  • Please make all payment arrangements with Matt Masse. We will also need to see a copy of your Public Liability Certificate. Fill this in if you know, otherwise, please indicate who will be responsible for making this decision. (a different person or department, etc.)
  • List names of all reps participating in the show including yourself if you'll be attending.
  • Enter it if you know this, otherwise, please indicate who will be responsible for the decision.
    We will follow up to get dimensions and determine placement at the show.
