Sadie Hammond, fourth generation of the family business, is the Director of Organizational Development. In this role, she will focus on strategic planning, employee satisfaction and company culture. Sadie serves on the Board of Directors for the Northeastern Young Lumber Execs. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She lives in Belgrade.
