Last week, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Portland offered a unique volunteer opportunity to spend a day helping to build a Habitat home while promoting positive, women-led impact. Women Build is a movement that unites and empowers women to collectively make an impact on affordable housing in the communities where we work and live!
This special series offers a rewarding experience for all involved and also teaches new skills in a time where there is more need for people in the trades! The series continues as they move on to the next project in South Portland.
